U.S. and Sweden sign hybrid vehicle pact (UPI)
GOTLAND, Sweden, July 8 (UPI) — The U.S. Department of Energy says it and the Swedish Energy Agency have signed an agreement to accelerate consumer acceptance of plug-in hybrid vehicles.
