I just took some of the first advice from this board and found info on ordering the trailer tow package from etrailer.com which was at a great price.
Anyways, I need help with purchasing mudflaps and a bluetooth system since the NAV system doesnt have it which surprised me.
Also, I see no mention anywhere yet of using a K&N air filter on the vehcile to improve gas mileage. K&N does make one.
Does eveyrone just run standard 87 octane also?
Sorry for all the questions, I have been paying 500+ per month for fuel and I just cant wait till my car arrives.
Thanks

What is bringing my back to them is the fact my car still looks like new on the outside with no dings are scratches. The other things are of course the service center and the VUE itself.
I have seen some negative post but do not feel that it represents the majority. Before my Suburban I had a 06 Avalanche that had to be bought back by Chevy. I still bought another product by them. It all depends on the car as they have a life of there own.
If all goes well I will be picking up my car in a few hours.

Is it just mine or is there a certain rip/ burner program that will make this thing read WMA files?

My only thought was that it was a hidden bulb to illuminate the shift positions.
Or do I have a little turbine engine down there, creating MPG out of space-time discontinuations?

It has been discovered that many people with Camry Hybrids that need a replacement windshield are getting one designed for the gas Camry. Since gas Camrys do not require a windshield as strong as what is required in the Hybrid, and windshields sustain about 30%-50% of the weight of a vehicle in a rollover, getting the gas Camry windshield in a Hybrid has the potential to turn a bad car accident into a fatal one.
So it is extremely important to find out more details about this issue. If you have had your Camry Hybrid windshield replaced, I am asking that you post (or send me a private message here, if you prefer):
[1] Who replaced your windshield,
[2] Information on which windshield it was replaced with.
[3] Whether or not you informed someone that you thought it might be the wrong glass (and if so, what company and when).
For #2, you can look at the bottom of the driver’s side of the windshield, and look for the M# and DOT#. As an example, the replacement I received was M334 and DOT376. If you have M334/DOT376 or M555/DOT404, it’s a gas Camry windshield; if you have M3K4/DOT20 (or MEK4/DOT20; the 2nd character isn’t very legible), it’s a Camry Hybrid windshield.
Specifically, I’m trying to find out whether this is a problem just with Safelite, whether it affects other auto glass companies (it could be a problem with a bad database entry somewhere), and whether or not these companies knew ahead of time that they were installing the wrong glass.
If you have any questions, I would ask that you post them in the "Info if you have had your Camry Hybrid windshield replaced" thread instead of here, to prevent this thread from becoming off-topic.

P.S. If you are interested in more details about windshields and repairs/replacements, I’m compiling as much information as I can at www.carwindshields.info .

As it was 5:00 rush hour traffic, the traffic volume was fairly heavy in all lanes. As I got nearer to his exit, the right lane traffic became very slow & ridiculously backed up & my speed dropped to around 42 mph (before that, traffic had been cruising along at right around the speed limit).
I managed to get a kind person to let me over into the middle lane & after reaching the head of the 3/4 mile slowdown in the right lane I had to roll my eyes when I saw what was causing the major traffic tie up (which had people very exasperated, I could tell from the horn blowing & hand gestures being made). I figured it was probably a 90 year old driver causing the tie up, but that wasn’t the case. At the head of that backed up line in rush hour traffic line was a revolting green FEH absolutely covered with tree hugger & Hybrid stickers & a middle age woman driving it.
Now don’t get me wrong, I have completely changed my style of driving in the years I have been driving an FEH (this is my 2nd one). I am not the guy flying by at 85 mph in the passing lane anymore (that WAS me for years), but I’ll be ****ed if I am going to hold up traffic & cause a major traffic snafu just to save a couple mpg & cause all the drivers around me to despise anyone driving a Hybrid. In the area we where in, there are multiple less traveled roads this woman could have taken (some of them follow along RIGHT NEXT to the x-way) instead of the x-way & not bothered anybody in the least with her driving style.

I’ve tried both of the outlets in the front of the vehicle on a small DVD player for the kids in the back seat. It will CHARGE the rechargeable battery in the DVD player, but there isn’t enough juice to actually RUN the DVD player. The same player runs just fine when plugged into the outlets of my wife’s Toyota Highlander.
I don’t think it even charges my cell phone (using an after-market charger; it’s not out of the question that the charger is just a piece of crap).
Advice?
