A fuel-ish plan to park free (London Free Press)
Free parking. It won’t just be a place on a Monopoly board if a London citizens’ committee has its way. The committee wants drivers of hybrid vehicles and fuel-stingy Smart Cars to be able to park for free for two hours on city-owned lots and at meters.
